What exactly is a Tim Fox? I’ve struggled with this question. As Attorney General Tim Fox has had a narrow set of unimportant priorities. He seems to have problems with over 50% of his constituency, women. He also has major problems with a major portion of people that it his job to protect, the historically disenfranchised LGBTGQIAA+ community.
Tim Fox has a problem with women. He needs to back off and respect their rights, but he has invaded their privacy: Tim Fox Attacks Abortion Provider, Explains to Women What Their Real Issues Are
Tim Fox does not believe in civil rights he has abandoned the LGBTQIAA+ community and here are just two examples:
Fox also attempts to maintain some credibility with Republicans like we saw recently when he flip-flopped as quickly and absurdly as possible on healthcare for Montanans that it would make John Kerry’s famed flip-flops seem tame. So he maintains some credibility in the RINO wing of the Republican party.
As Don pointed out last week:
DINO is a name used for those elected officials who are “Democrat in Name Only” as they do not vote with the principles of the party but often give lip service to those values. Think of Joe Lieberman or Joe Manchin.

Tim Fox managed to attempt to become the first DINO-RINO with this statement that also deserved naming a new dinosaur species after him, the platitudypus:
“I believe that Republicans and Democrats feel that there are things that we can agree on. I think all Montanans agree that our leaders need to work together when they can find consensus and they need to do it without compromising their ideals.”
