Denny Rehberg: Working Hard for You

On President Obama’s budget:

Conversely, Republicans say the budget plan, unveiled Monday, doesn’t squeeze nearly enough out of the debt-saddled federal government.

Rep. Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., told reporters he had not had a chance yet to look closely at the president’s proposal, but he said not enough is being done.

Of course, this is the same guy who didn’t bother to read the report from the bipartisan Debt Commission.

It’s been a month in this session and 10 years in Congress, Representative Rehberg. What cuts would you make? How soon is it to ask for a substantive proposal?

If you appreciate an independent voice holding Montana politicians accountable and informing voters, and you can throw a few dollars a month our way, we would certainly appreciate it.
