Montana Politics

Outstanding Guest Opinion in the IR Today

Today’s Independent Record featured an outstanding editorial from three small business owners tired of having small businesses used as an excuse by conservative politicians to extend massive tax breaks to the rich. From the piece:

We’re tired of having the good name of small business used as a pawn for proposals that benefit only the very richest fraction of Americans at the expense of everyone else. As Main Street small business owners, we care about our communities’ well-being — both because we care about our neighbors and because our own economic fate is tied to theirs. Our success depends on the success of our community, and it’s time for economic policies that create prosperity for all Americans.

If you appreciate an independent voice holding Montana politicians accountable and informing voters, and you can throw a few dollars a month our way, we would certainly appreciate it.
