The Media

Reason 5,456 Voters Lack Faith in the Media and Political Hacks

I wouldn’t read this as a criticism of any particular candidate as much as a criticism of the way that news stories develop today. Asked to explain how Barack Obama could defend claiming that more Clinton (Bill) foreign policy experts supported him than Hillary, one Obama staffer had a great answer:

Asked how Obama backs up the claim of greater support, campaign spokesman Bill Burton said the senator was referring to an article that ran in The New York Times Magazine last month, which quoted an anonymous foreign policy expert saying most of the community was backing Obama.

Yikes.

If you appreciate an independent voice holding Montana politicians accountable and informing voters, and you can throw a few dollars a month our way, we would certainly appreciate it.
