The Decider Needs a Czar?

Another brilliant idea from the White House to solve the growing crises of Iraq and Afgahnistan: appoint a "war czar " to oversee the conflicts. It's a brilliant idea, really. Look how well the drug czar worked.

Frederick Kagan, war cheerleader, offered this assessment:

"Hope they do it, and hope they do it soon. And I hope they pick the right guy. It's a real problem that we don't have a single individual back here who is really capable of coordinating the effort."

Yeah. It is a real problem. Too bad someone didn't think of that in 2000 and 2004.

If you appreciate an independent voice holding Montana politicians accountable and informing voters, and you can throw a few dollars a month our way, we would certainly appreciate it.
