Although I am not surprised at the story, I was surprised to see this story in the Washington Times. Reporter Christina Bellantoni details the Government Accountability Office report that claims that the Iraqi war was poorly planned, including “descriptions of a bloated Iraqi bureaucracy and widespread mismanagement of reconstruction funding.”
Ignoring the fact that we are got into this war chasing phanton WMDs, it confirms was administrative critics were saying since 2003 that this war is simply poorly planned. Mission accompolished? Indeed.
