More on The White Nationalists and Militia Crew Greg Gianforte Supports

I had the opportunity to write another piece for Rewire about Greg Gianforte’s connection to white nationalists and the anti-government militia groups through campaign donations and uncovered a bit more context about Taylor Rose and the others.

From the piece:

He [Rose] authored a book in 2012 that claims those who believe in multiculturalism want to “eliminate western civilization from the face of the earth,” according to a profile of Rose from the SPLC.

During his time as a columnist for fringe conspiracy theory website World Net Daily, Rose, according to the ADL, wrote articles that “cover a range of right-wing issues from opposition to immigration to anti-Muslim conspiracy theories to secessionist movements in Europe and the United States.”

Rose wrote four pieces between 2013 and 2014 for the Council of Conservative Citizens (CCC) newsletter, Citizens Informer, his work promoting nationalist parties in Europe appearing alongside stories calling for the importation of white Europeans and Afrikaners and a statement of principles that “opposes all efforts to mix the races of mankind.”

Read the rest of the piece here and keep in mind that Greg Gianforte would not tell the Billings Gazette, when asked twice, whether he would still take donations from Rose.

It’s disqualifying for office.

  • Hey, how is your 401k doing and your retirement fund? Must be nice since most do not have retirements now days. Jobs moved out country.

  • Bad news day. So who does the IRS go after for not reporting the rental income? Rob or wife or daughter?

    • Let’s pretend what you’re rambling about is true.

It doesn’t excuse donating to white supremacists. Or people who support the militia. Or taking money from racists.

      Try to keep up.
