ICYMI: Montana Political Reads for April 16, 2016

My apologies for the light posting this week. I did a little traveling to Jackson, Wyoming, and have been devoting a little extra energy to grading and preparing for my classes this week as we head into the final quarter of the year.  I’ll try to get more posted this week. In the meantime, be sure to check out at least some of these excellent pieces you might have missed in the past week.

Don Pogreba

Don Pogreba is an eighteen-year teacher of English, former debate coach, and loyal, if often sad, fan of the San Diego Padres and Portland Timbers. He spends far too many hours of his life working at school and on his small business, Big Sky Debate.

His work has appeared in Politico and Rewire.

In the past few years, travel has become a priority, whether it's a road trip to some little town in Montana or a museum of culture in Ísafjörður, Iceland.

  • Heartwrenching stories Don. Myself and 60%+ of Montana households that own guns will gladly turn them in.

By the Wyoming has the most guns per household ( 62%+). If they’d see theses sob stories they’d turn them in too.
