Go Padres, Go!

It’s not right to make a Padres fan watch a one game playoff. I’m convinced just the act of watching the game will make them lose. Adrian Gonzalez just kept me from walking away from the TV…how about a 2 grand slam inning?

Update: Boy, I’m sure glad we have some former Dodger bum in centerfield. Way to go, Brady Clark.  Sigh. The heartbreak begins…

Update 2: Heath Bell for President.

Update 3: Scott Hairston for Vice President.

Update 4: Why? Why? Come on, Trevor.

Update 5: “It’s designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything is new again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains comes, it stops, and leaves you to face the fall alone.” — A. Barlett Giamatti

Update 6: HE NEVER TOUCHED THE PLATE. HE NEVER TOUCHED THE PLATE.

  • Ya know, I’d be thrilled that the Padres got dinged like that by a team like the Rockies in a one game playoff, but for my cousin text messaging me everytime one of the Rocks manages to wipe their own ass.

Dem Bums need to buy some stable players for next year.

  • Did I mention he still hasn’t touched the plate? 🙂

Yeah…I could never get satisfied with the old software’s look, so here we are, back on WP. I’ll keep this theme a bit. It reminds me of the Padres.
