Jon Tester’s Got the Momentum; Conrad is in Big Trouble

The latest Lee/Mason-Dixon poll is in, and the numbers look good for Jon Tester, and terrible for Conrad Burns. Tester has pulled even with Morrison, despite still having lower name recognition.

Burns is losing to both Morrison and Tester, but most amazingly, seems to be barely leading Paul Richards. In a matchup between the two, Burns is ahead 44-37, despite the fact that Richards has these numbers:

– Richards: 3 percent favorable 2 percent unfavorable; 23 percent neutral; and 72 percent don’t recognize him.

I can’t wait to see how Jason Klindt will spin the Senator barely beating someone that voters haven’t heard of.

It’s time for everyone to do their part in these last few days. Get your friends to the polls, make some calls, send over a few dollars. The momentum might be swinging Jon Tester’s way, but it’s going to be close.
